Gilby: the fastest way to level every role in Season 2
What gives XP in each role after the Season 2 changes, and which unlocks to rush.

Season 2 video (Season 2 started on 15 October 2026). Based on the Season 2 patch notes; check the levels in game.
Per role
- Everyone: finish matches. The completion bonus is the biggest single source of XP.
- Assault: now also earns XP for destroying enemy FOBs and buildables, and for capturing towers. Bring grenades.
- Medic: rush the adrenaline stims; each one used on a teammate gives medic XP. The defibrillator moved to a higher level in Season 2.
- Support: rush the large hammer for building. Supply deliveries pay more XP with a delivery streak.
- Recon: spotting is still the fastest way, even though it pays less and spotting tools cost more. Tall structures near the objectives make good perches.
