Terms of use

1. Operator

Wardogs HQ (the "site") is operated by Yumemi s.r.o., company ID 23577827, VAT CZ23577827, registered at Příčná 1892/4, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic (the "operator"). Contact: [email protected].

The site is a fan project of the WARDOGS player community. It is not affiliated with BULKHEAD or Team17 and uses their trademarks only to say which game the content is about.

2. The service

The site lets you read, rate, discuss and publish builds, guides, tips and other content about WARDOGS. The service is free. Authors may add a link for a voluntary tip on an approved platform (Ko-fi, Patreon, PayPal and others). The payment happens directly between you and the author outside the site; the operator receives nothing from it and is not responsible for it.

3. Your account

• You sign up and sign in with Steam, Discord or Google, with a link sent by e-mail, or with an e-mail and a password. You are responsible for keeping your e-mail, your accounts with those services and your password secure.
• You must be at least 15 years old.
• Use accounts honestly: no fake accounts for ratings or votes.

4. Author content

• Authors confirm they hold all rights needed for the texts, images and videos they publish, and that the content complies with the Content policy and third-party rights.
• Authors keep ownership. By publishing, you grant the operator a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, technically process (image conversion, machine translation into the site's other languages), display and distribute the content through the site while it is published, and for a reasonable time afterwards for backups and dispute handling.
• Content must not appear to be official BULKHEAD or Team17 content.

5. Review and moderation

A moderator checks content from new authors before it goes public, and new tags too. The operator may reject, hide or remove content and restrict or ban accounts that break these terms, the Content policy or the law. Every decision comes with reasons and can be appealed (see Notices & contact).

6. Liability

Content is provided by authors, not by the operator. Stats, prices and recommendations change with game patches and may be inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damage caused by third-party content, service outages or data loss. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.

7. Termination

You can close your account at any time in Settings or by writing to [email protected]. The operator may change or discontinue the service and will announce a shutdown on the website with reasonable notice.

8. Changes and governing law

We announce material changes to these terms on the website at least 14 days in advance; continuing to use the service means you accept them. These terms are governed by Czech law. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution at the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
