Combat medic: MP5 with smoke and meds
An SMG medic that levels from kills as well as revives: holographic sight, angled grip, light armour, a medical bag, lots of smoke and the right meds for each medic level.

Why this build
- SMG kills level the medic track, so you level while defending your patients.
- The MP5 (Medic 4) takes a grip; the PP-19 Bizon, unlocked by default, takes a sight but no grip, so start with the Bizon and switch once you have the MP5. The MP5 got a more horizontal recoil pattern in Season 2, which the AFG grip handles.
- Revives pay more than heals, and everything pays double in the hot zone. Self-healing pays nothing.
- Two resuscitators: the free Emergency Resuscitator for the first revive, the Field Resuscitator (Medic 2) for the rest.
- Light armour keeps you fast enough to reach downed teammates.
How to play it
Stay one step behind the front line. When someone goes down: smoke wall between the enemy and the patient, wait for it to spread, then revive. Ping downed teammates and check team health on the map. Restock from the Medical Bag between fights.
Later
Stim Pens at Medic 16, the AMP-9 at Medic 20 and the Defibrillator at Medic 22 turn this into the money-making medic of the late season.
