SaucySurg: complete recon and sniper guide

Season 1 video. The Season 2 wipe on 15 October 2026 changed unlock levels, prices and some damage values. The skills still apply; check the numbers in game. Season 2 changed several sniper rifles (the Mosin's scope, DMR damage, a buffed scout rifle).

Highlights

• Two kinds of rifle: semi-automatic marksman rifles (SKS, SVD, BMR-308) and bolt or break-action rifles (Scout, Mosin, SV-98, MK22, anti-materiel rifle).
• Level Recon by spotting, not with the weak starter rifle. Spot infantry first: they die more often, and every kill pays you an assist.
• Zeroing goes in 100 m steps. Range landmarks before the fight.
• Hide, do not perch. Bushes and roadsides beat obvious rooftops. Move after a few shots.
• Be patient: enemies who come back for a revive are easy targets.
• Kit: a 6× scope, ammo, a small pouch, a parachute and binoculars, often without armour to stay light.
