The official developer update from BULKHEAD before Season 2.
What they said
- Seasons wipe cash and progression. Leftover money converts into gold bars for permanent cosmetics.
- XP is banked across seasons and will count towards long-term progression systems later.
- Why wipes: testing, cleaning up exploits and rebalancing. Season 1 was meant to be short.
- Planned for Season 2: nerfs to mortar spam and the drill meta, delivery streaks for supply runs, bigger trade-offs for the top helmets and armour, and more to do on servers with few players.
- Later: a progression rework closer to 1.0.
